Interaction and networking

HOW CAN I INTERACT WITH OTHER PARTICIPANTS?

There are many ways to interact with other participants:

  • Access the delegates list in the menu bar, to private message other registered delegates, to discuss any topic or schedule meetings.
  • Attend the live Q&A at the end of most sessions and contribute to the discussion or ask questions using the chat function.
  • Some sessions, like plenaries and TBScience sessions, will feature live polls for delegates to vote in.
  • Interact live (video and audio) with experts, through our ‘Meet the expert’ sessions.
  • Connect with exhibitors, to discuss their products and services or set up a meeting.
  • Post in the interactive Message Board, where delegates can connect with others, ask questions, upload pictures or files and leave comments, and then other delegates can respond.
  • By using social media and the Union World Conference hashtags on Twitter and Instagram: #UnionConf #AdvancingPrevention.
  • Delegate helpdesk to help with queries (IT & other).
