Membership to The Union means you are part of something bigger; a movement of like-minded individuals and organisations who work together to champion change for a better future in lung health. When you join The Union, you become part of a diverse community of professionals, experts and healthcare workers, with access to a wealth of knowledge and expertise, empowered by the strength of a collective voice.

Union members spearhead the scientific programme for our annual conference as well as forming scientific working groups, who drive many of the Union’s activities. From thought leadership and public statements, to lobbying governments and campaigns to raise awareness. Working across many areas of lung health including tuberculosis, which remains at the fore of the Union’s work, to tobacco control and air pollution. Which means you will benefit from sharing knowledge and learning together to champion a better future for all.

What types of membership are available?

Membership is open to individuals and organisations, from around the world, who are working or share an interest in lung health. Union membership is a diverse community of professionals, experts and healthcare workers, with access to a wealth of knowledge and expertise, empowered by the strength of a collective voice.
