Reduced rates are available for Union members, students, nurses and low- and lower middle-income country residents. Speakers, chairpersons or abstract reviewers are not entitled to a discount unless they fit in one of the above listed categories. Register now!

HOW DO I BECOME A UNION MEMBER TO QUALIFY FOR DISCOUNTED REGISTRATION?

Alongside a range of benefits Union members receive a 50-euro discount on registration. New members will receive 15 months membership for the price of 12 (terms apply). Before registering for the conference, join The Union as a new member. If you apply for membership please allow 24 hours before registering for the conference to allow our system to update.

I AM A PRESENTER AND/OR A CHAIR. DO I NEED TO REGISTER?

All speakers need to register in order to participate as presenter or chairs. You can register here. Please contact scientific@theunion.org if you have any questions.

I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND. CAN I PASS MY REGISTRATION TO A COLLEAGUE OR REQUEST A CANCELLATION?

Sessions are available on-demand for those who are not able to watch the live broadcast. This eliminates the problem of overlapping session times, meaning you will never miss out because a session clashes with another session, or you have limited availability.

Speakers have prerecorded their presentations ahead of time. They will attend the session when it is broadcast, and participate in a Q&A section at the end.  

Due to the nature of a virtual conference, and as stated in the registration conditions, with all content available to view on demand, our policy is that we cannot accept cancellations or provide refunds. It is also not possible to transfer registration to someone else.

CAN I EXPECT SOME DELAY IN GETTING MY CREDENTIALS IF I REGISTER DURING THE CONFERENCE DAYS (20-24 October)? 

Yes, you can. After your registration is completed/paid it could take even an hour to receive your Union World Conference login details.
