Sponsors and exhibitors FAQs

WHAT SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES ARE YOU OFFERING?

There are a range of compelling and impactful sponsorship options that provide powerful ways for your organisation to connect with the lung health community. Visit the dedicated section of the website and download the sponsorship brochure for more details of the packages. If you have any questions, please contact partners@theunion.org

I AM ORGANISING AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN A SATELLITE SESSION. DO I NEED TO REGISTER?

All speakers need to register in order to participate as presenters or chairs, no matter the type of session they take part in. You can register here. Please contact partners@theunion.org if you have any questions.

WHEN ARE THE EXHIBITOR BOOTHS OPEN?

Booths will be available for delegates 24 hours.

I AM AN EXHIBITOR. CAN DELEGATES CONTACT ME AT MY BOOTH EVEN IF I AM OFFLINE?

Booths will be available for delegates 24 hours.

Each team member can set their availability, so delegates can arrange meetings only during the times available. The chat functionality is available all the time, but chats can be responded to when the team are online. We recommend you state in the description of your booth the times when your team will be available.

We advise exhibitors to have their teams available during core hours, 10am - 4pm CEST (Paris time).

CAN THE MESSAGES FROM DELEGATES BE SENT TO A DIFFERENT EMAIL THAN THE ONE I USED TO CREATE THE BOOTH?

Yes, you can redirect the messages from participants to another mailbox.

I AM EXPERIENCING TECHNICAL PROBLEMS. WHO CAN I CONTACT?

Please write partners@theunion.org and/or submit a ticket to the conference helpdesk.

CAN MULTIPLE PEOPLE WORK ON THE VIRTUAL HUB/EXHIBITOR BOOTH AT THE SAME TIME?

Yes, they can. However, team members need to make sure they organise their work when editing the company profile to avoid overwriting each other.
