Year of the Nurse and the Midwife - Specific content for nurses and midwives

Nurses will be central to the debate at the 51st Union World Conference. 2020 is the Year of the Nurse and the Midwife. In recognition of the vital role nurses play in providing health services across the globe, The Union is making sure nurses have a voice at the forthcoming conference.

There will be some oral abstract and poster sessions of interest for nurses, as well as symposia and a dedicated Meet the Expert session. The programme is now available online. Specific tracks for nurses and midwives are:

  1. C12. TB education and training See sessions

  2. E2. Key affected populations: behavioural, social, and cultural issues and contexts See sessions
