How to submit a Helpdesk ticket?

If you cannot find the answer you are looking for in the knowledge database, please write a ticket to the conference helpdesk by scrolling to the bottom of the page and click the "Submit Ticket" button.


You will be requested to provide:
  1. A contact name
  2. Your email address (please use the one you are using to access the conference platform)
  3. Your operating system
  4. Your operating browser
  5. The category of support request
Please write in English a clear subject for your ticket and a full description of the problem, as detailed as possible. You can attach files, images, and include screenshots.
