How to submit a Helpdesk ticket?
If you cannot find the answer you are looking for in the
knowledge database, please write a ticket to the
conference helpdesk by scrolling to the bottom of the page and click the "Submit Ticket" button.

You will be requested to provide:
- A contact name
- Your email address (please use the one you are using to access the conference platform)
- Your operating system
- Your operating browser
- The category of support request
Please write in English a clear subject for your ticket and a full description of the problem, as detailed as possible. You can attach files, images, and include screenshots.
